Seth Troxler is not just a DJ. He’s a cultural shapeshifter — raised on Motown, Chicago house and Detroit techno, turned into the most charismatic selector of his generation.
The story so far
Born in Kalamazoo, raised in Detroit. Seth learned to DJ at 14, worked at Melodies & Memories, and exploded with “Panama” and “Hurt”. Resident of Circoloco at DC-10, founder of Tuskegee Music with The Martinez Brothers, owner of Slacker 85 and Play It Say It. Voted World No.1 DJ by Resident Advisor, cover star, restaurateur, art collector, marathon raver.
His sets? 8-hour odysseys: Moodymann to Villalobos, Prince to Phuture, gospel to acid. No USB pre-plans. Just ears, heart and sweat.
